Hello dear ones,
I am currently in the planning phase of my semi-detached house (house size 7x12m, 2 floors plus attic and basement)
my architect has sent me two offers to choose from for a structural engineer. Now I am unfortunately very confused because the two offers have extreme price differences.
The first offer is 3,080 euros, the second 14,890 euros.
Can someone tell me if that is really possible?
Our architect naturally leans towards the cheaper one, but I am worried if that can be correct.
It would be nice if someone with experience could help me evaluate this
Best regards, yours
