Hello,
I have received the first draft of the floor plan from the architect. The windows are shown with a width of 180 cm. I suspect that this refers to the raw construction dimension that the bricklayer uses? So far, I thought such measurements should always be n * 12.5 + 1 cm (joint), which would result in 176 or 188.5 cm. I am attaching a picture.
Before I address this with the architect, I would like to know whether the mistake in reasoning is on my part (well, probably it is..)
We are also not yet certain about a few other questions. All will be decided before the respective awarding of contracts, but which of these must or should already be clarified for the building application?:
(There are no external requirements, in particular no development plan)
Thank you very much for information and comments.

[*]The roof is planned with a 20 degree pitch; the choice between tile and sheet metal is still open.
[*]The upper floor will be open up to the ridge. However, some ceilings (e.g., WC) might be suspended.
[*]Whether and where we install roof windows, we would also like to decide later.
