Stability of a prefab house - is there anything to consider?

I have built solid construction twice before and after my first prefab house, I would not do it again.

As an expert, I would not have bought a prefab house [...] if I had doubts.

In comparison, I can even better understand female logic: You have a positive experience that does not contradict your expert knowledge, but you could still have doubts???

But since there are experts here anyway: Prefabricated house built in 2004 on a solid cellar.
In the attic we have now had vinyl flooring installed.
Another question: Pax wardrobe 3.5 no problem. 3 m wardrobe with books on the other side no problem?
Otherwise normal light furniture.

Ok, the house is immediately finished, but a solid house costs only slightly more and you can watch the construction happen (exciting) Construction time is usually only 6 months.
