Stability of a prefab house - is there anything to consider?

For such heavy things like the mentioned 2.3t, I would rather be concerned about the screed at the corresponding place—especially if it possibly does not rest evenly—(especially at the edge / corner).

No, I am talking about normal things: a large 3.5 m wardrobe and on the other side of the wall stands a 3 m bookcase. Of course, the mind says there is nothing, but then doubts arise again.

See, [design base] and suddenly fears are being spread again with the waterbed cover :)
I mean normal heavy things like these cabinets that are unstable and me :) I don't even count my three tomcats anymore.
Jokes aside. As far as I understand, there are special anchors for hangers, like getting a large TV on the wall. Or do you have to consider something else for this again?
Otherwise, I can set up everything on the ground floor. The previous owners had a solid cellar built.
