Patch panel is from Hager. Switch with 24 channels from Cisco.

Well, the picture clearly shows a Hager universZ cabinet... you could still guess that the patch panel is also from Hager... but the fact that the switch is from Cisco is simply unmistakable... it practically shouts it out...

The intention behind Bieber0815's question was to get the exact model names... at least that would be mine if I were to ask such a question...
