For me, it looks even worse right now - because everything is just lying around. But since I have the attic fully available for this, I will also be generous with the space there. Tight curves should be avoided anyway...

Yes, that is screed - underneath is underfloor heating. The rest of the attic looks much more like a living space too - there are even windows, proper floors, and paint on the walls.

It is also a system that has to ventilate 1,000 cubic meters of enclosed space (that is with us ground floor/first floor/attic with about 300 sqm of floor space). So it can of course also be significantly smaller - depending on the house.

Hello,

More or less; depending on the size of the house. So-called integral units - air-water heat pump + controlled residential ventilation combined in one device - require even more space

If you are not satisfied with that and/or you have no space/resources to install the controlled residential ventilation in the utility room/attic, you can also resort to decentralized systems (although I consider the device in the attachment more of a hybrid solution). Compact design with all the advantages of a central system; one device per floor or, in other words, 1 device per 75 sqm living area.

Rhineland regards

Thank you. I will also try to find some literature on that.

Thanks to you too. That looks more organized and compact. Could be the solution.
