There are always regulations from the municipality/provider for this... just read through...

Since our HAR is also the laundry room, we deliberately planned it more generously, which I now really appreciate. There is plenty of space there, but the room could not really be any smaller.

The base of the heater is still missing in the picture, which I definitely wanted (in case water ever gets in) - and the 20 cm of clearance for the heat pump is included there (a total of 80 cm deep).

Thank you very much for your responses. Our planned room is about 10 sqm, which sounds appropriate to me for now. I will also take a look based on the provider's information.

Best regards

You mean a HAR in which everything fits, which then requires at least 8 sqm?
The unit itself seems to measure about 75x75x50 cm.

No, the device with all cables and dampers requires that much space. I'll see if I can quickly find a photo.

This is what it looks like in real life. The device itself is small, that’s true. In addition, (behind the device for us) there is a box where all the lines from three floors (these are the red flexible hoses) are collected. In the room, there are also the outside connections (left in the picture) – overall, the base device then develops into a real ventilation monster.
