What does your shell builder say? He is the only one who can finally answer the question. Although cheap should not be the motivation in construction. I think he will offer a similar price. What goes into the strip foundation as steel in the strip foundation, you will find in the frost apron variant as steel mesh in the base slab.

I would inform myself about the differences and the advantages or disadvantages between fiber concrete and normal concrete, and then make the decision.
