What does your shell builder say? He is the only one who can answer the question definitively. However, cheap should not be the motivation when building. I think he will offer the same price. We are building a prefabricated house and I currently want to be able to estimate the costs (for me and the bank). We have to organize the base slab ourselves. A shell builder told me: about €75 per sqm of base slab with SFB. The foundations are certainly not included yet and I wonder what additional costs I have to calculate for the foundation.

This is what the structural engineer tells you when the house has been calculated; before that, there are only estimates based on a standard situation and experience. Therefore, higher prices sometimes occur with the foundations and the floor slab.
