Smart home for underfloor heating in a KfW40+ house?

There is no known quality certificate. Hundreds of positive experiences, however. Since no links are allowed to be posted here and I am actually known for well-founded answers/experiences (and real estate has been my job for decades), one can safely believe that an ERR exemption is relatively easy to obtain ;)

I admire your self-assessment. Unfortunately, you have not convinced me with all of your hundreds of answers. But surely you now have your answer for that as well. Interesting for future builders would be a topic on real experiences with such letters regarding waiver of ERR installation. Then we would move from your theory to practice.

If you are already building "smart," you can simply solve the ERR in the software. No one prescribes ugly wall thermostats for the ERR! Temperatures are simply recorded using the touch sensors and the rest is done in a visualization. Whether you use it afterward or accidentally delete it the next time you deal with the visualization, no one cares anymore.
