Sink, ceramic or stainless steel?

Hello Hochglanz, I also had stainless steel privately - until a few years ago when I had a really great granite sink installed. For our current move, I bought the same one again. It is not from Ikea, but it looks great in my new IKEA kitchen.

There are also very cheap stainless steel ones that will surely fulfill their purpose well for 1 year. Maybe you can find a used one for a few euros for the time.

I bought myself a ceramic sink,

because I do not like stainless steel and granite absorbs colors over time, especially light variants.

Ceramic sinks from Villeroy and Boch or SystemCeram are hardened differently than normal ceramic products. Nothing breaks there.
