I have rescanned the photo in the photo gallery (I can't do it any other way at the moment), I think this is where the problem lies, the inlet into the drain should be deeper. maybe

How can I implement this suggestion? The drain that goes into the back wall is (relatively) fixed. I could buy a shallower sink and then move the upper part upward? If I interpret your sketch correctly, 2-3 cm should be enough. Did the installer place the drain too high? Was that a mistake by the craftsman? Actually, the slope is hardly achievable for me. Or did I misunderstand that?
