I found a model house on site by Talo separate from Fingerhaus, although Talo is apparently only a product line from Fingerhaus (which is used there especially to appeal to buyers interested in detached single-family homes on narrow plots). However, my question was not about why you chose a "developer-free" plot instead of one built with a Fingerhaus. Rather, it was why you have not considered building with this provider so far (who is already engaged in the immediate neighborhood; I would rather address them as Streif Haus or Weberhaus, or at least as an alternative). I would at least consider Streif Haus comparable to Fingerhaus.

But if I see it correctly, there is the connectionoption.

In the meantime, the term Talo dawned on me again :D

We even visited the show house since we initially considered buying a plot in the area. The sales representative hardly took our wishes into account and wanted to push a Bravur 400 on us as quickly as possible. Due to the lack of demand, he also wanted to give us a 4% discount :D Overall, he was quite pushy and wanted to give us even more discount after we told him we were buying a free plot there.

Connection should be possible.

The Bravur 400W would have the study on the side where the technical room is in the design shown here, and also what I consider a prime candidate for removal, the open space. I regularly mention that one should not judge the product by the sales team. So what, besides the salesperson, argued against a Bravur (400/500/550)? By the way, I still largely miss your response to my post #15.

Small update: About a week ago, we visited an architect with whom we want to proceed up to service phase 4 (if everything is fine after phase 2). We are supposed to receive a draft in about 3-4 weeks, I am curious.

Do I really have to repeat again that you are only allowed to build with the approval plans, but not actually able to, and that omitting phase 5 is bitterly regretted?

After phase 2, you only have a pre-design (ideal for setting the course and preliminary building application). With that, you should go into a resting period, and depending on the outcome of the decision, possibly only do phase 3 with the architect.

The air space is currently more or less history. My wife of course (many women are probably like this) played around and created floor plans with corresponding software. But we are simply laypersons in this respect, which is why we ultimately sought the way to an architect.

After phase 2, we might possibly inquire again with one or the other wood frame panel builder and with Massivhaus Mittelrhein, but currently we tend to individual awarding since we do have several trades among friends and family.

Whether we will use phase 5 of the architect, I do not know yet. The phase is relatively costly.
