If I interpret the illustrations correctly, you do not have a basement but rather a souterrain or also called a lower ground floor, since you can go directly from the lowest floor onto a terrace/into the garden. Thus, my first suggestion would be that you plan a small kitchenette in the souterrain/lower ground floor. I also find the term basement or cellar floor confusing in this context because in my opinion it is not a basement.
What are the storage rooms in the souterrain intended for?
How is the surroundings of the three floors outside designed? We lived until recently in a similar house and one thing I learned from that is that I would always try to make a main living room out of a room/floor from which you can go directly into the garden. I have not yet seen in your plan what is where, how the other sides look, so I may be wrong with my suggestion.
Regarding windows, I would prefer it if on the side of the house I see, that is the one with the pink umbrella, on the left side 3x or if that is not possible at least 2x the same window shapes/window sizes were installed.
