Single-family house - Right choice Poroton?

I would neither have advised you to choose green nor yellow for the car, as the resale value is lower than, for example, a silver vehicle. Of course, if you want to drive the box until the bitter end, the color is terrible indifferent, unless the silver vehicle has overall better characteristics.

By the way, the thermal conductivity is more likely high than low. You probably mixed something up.

Next arguments in favor of KS: hanging cabinets
Heat storage capacity

Do you absolutely want WVDS? I would take 36 Poroton.

Rather high? Matter of opinion. Compared to KS you're right! But high, as I said, for me is a value where I can use the stone without ETICS. In other words, filled Poroton.

a) Wall cabinets. I was able to hang these very well in the house of a friend. Here, 17.5cm T18 was installed completely with an ETICS from another regional provider. Sure, KS has advantages here.
b) Heat storage capacity, but that is negligible, right? Due to the ETICS!?

Conclusion: So I see the advantage in load-bearing capacity through the high bulk density and the better sound insulation. But the load-bearing capacity is the only point that makes me think. Since we are building a single-family house and not a row house complex or a semi-detached house or even a multi-story residential building.

Which Poroton in 36cm?

Thermal conductivity is not the same as heat storage capacity.

High thermal conductivity = poor insulation effect (here the ETICS is the more important component)

Heat storage capacity leads to a phase shift. Here, KS manages to absorb about 50% more "heat". Temperature fluctuations become more sluggish.

But I'll hold back now, I have no idea anyway and am just a layman.

Yes, better hold back. You are repeating what I already politely asked you and suspected. I tried to communicate with you. Seems pointless. And you obviously haven't even looked at the pictures ... Otherwise, you would have seen from the values shown there that the phase shift is not relevant.

Bye

If you already know everything better anyway, then why do you still ask?

PS: Just build with Poroton and leave the rest of the forum alone with your irrefutable knowledge.
