Thank you very much in advance for your feedback. I’m very happy that the floor plan is well received and not torn apart ;)
Ok, one or two little drawbacks like the guest WC and the staircase without a window.
The staircase has a window on the landing up to the upper floor. Unfortunately, it is only shown on the plans on the ground floor. The windowless guest WC is the drawback we accepted in order to have the rest downstairs coherent.
Upstairs I would try to swap the walk-in closet and the bedroom. Then you could also avoid having a window behind the bed. The question is whether this underfloor heating takes up so much space? But I’m afraid you’ve already thought about that, haven’t you?
We had the bedroom on the left side of the plan and the walk-in closet in the middle at one point. But because the walk-in closet then had two doors, there was no space left for wardrobes. This large shaft is the service shaft for various things on the floors. From there, everything is distributed radially into the rooms. I forgot to mention this in the introductory post.
5 cars - do you drive a different one every day and then clean them all on the weekend? :D
Something like that ;) A different one for every occasion :)
I think it’s very well solved, the small flaws were mentioned and can hardly be solved anywhere without opening other construction sites... Garage interior width 7.23m... hmm, am I correct in assuming that 3 of the 5 cars are only used very rarely? These then practically side by side at the back? For everyday use it would be too tight for three to handle comfortably (about 50cm door opening space), but it works for exceptions. “In front” towards the gate then 2 plus trailer? How wide is it? I think every cm counts in width here.
Kitchen size would also be suitable for a small restaurant ;)
That is exactly how it is supposed to look in the garage. In the front left a small vintage car, next to it the two everyday cars so you can drive out without problems. In the back row the two convertibles. In summer one of the convertibles moves to the front, and an everyday car goes to the back. The trailer can also stand behind the garage outside if it really gets too tight (there is another garage door at the back, after all).
