Wow, there are many issues in this floor plan, I can hardly believe that someone calls this final but okay:

1. Room sizes upstairs: Walk-in closet and master bathroom are very small. Not practical.
2. Room shapes: many narrow corridors
3. Staircase placement: I could never live like this, but okay, I hope you are aware of it. All noises travel from top to bottom in the house. Please plan soundproof doors throughout the house.
4. Kitchen: In my opinion, much too small, no storage space, no work surfaces. Absolutely impractical.
5. No garden/terrace access from the dining area is a no-go.

I secretly hope the architect didn’t get paid much, because I would rate this performance as a grade D.

There was supposed to have been a "final" on this planet five years ago, which Conchita Wurst won

I often get the impression that young architects nowadays do not allow enough (or very rarely at all?) apprenticeship years before their prime years, i.e., they don’t first serve as deputies under an old hand before becoming independent. Learning from the architects’ magazine cannot replace that.

That's right. I thought so too, but forgot to ask: how many sqm does the little house have? Yes, true. Residual spaces that result I don't think so.

I don't think the draft is that bad. The sticking point is, indeed, the staircase. You have to walk around the entire staircase to get to the sleeping area. Personally, it wouldn't bother me. In the basement, I find the ratio of children's room to hallway space unsuccessful. Also, that the staircase intrudes into the children's room. Has this detail already been resolved? I find the kitchen with a 3m block and wall space sufficient. I like that you are not building upwards, but instead incorporating the slope into the design, we solved it similarly. However, I would have concerns about the construction costs, I just say slope, right now it's just brutal!!!!
