Single-family house - final version - do you have any optimizations?

I actually find the house quite nice. However, I would critically question 2 things again. 1. The size of the living area. 4x3 m would be too small for me considering the size of the house. 2. Do you really need the cellar behind the parents' bathroom? If it is not needed, the bathroom and the dressing room could be enlarged.

I had that impression after page 1 and since the OP hasn't said anything for a week now, one can probably conclude that this is accurate.
