Are 2.5m clear ceiling height actually sufficient for you? I find that quite borderline for new construction. We have 2.6 m and also such a narrow space, and it’s just about okay... next time I would probably choose 2.75 m clear height.

So you only have to die. You don’t have to do anything else. Otherwise, it would turn into stress, which I wouldn’t put myself through.

Oh dear, what do all those home builders do who are wider than 11.16m?

If I understand correctly, most of your life takes place in your home technology room? How should I imagine that? When the kids run into the utility room with muddy boots, can the dirt just stay there? Or have you tiled everything up to the ceiling and spray the room including the food with a high-pressure cleaner? The heating also keeps the room nice and warm, so the fruit flies are happy around the bananas because they are so soft.

Train station.

Sorry, but I see a change here but wouldn’t call it a breakthrough. At least swap the bedroom with Child 2, swap the bathroom with the bedroom and make Child 2 the bathroom. Also correct doors and hallways accordingly.

Me neither. That was the phone I would reconsider that: if the utility room also has to serve as a pantry, then I would do without the outside door. First, a side door next to a main door looks kind of silly, you don’t need two doors next to each other -> one of the two is too much, and third, three doors already take up quite a bit of storage space in the utility room. Since the coat rack is in the hallway, everything else is more suitable than messing up another room. And as said before: you can use the space for the door better elsewhere. If you are already working on wastewater planning, I would properly plan the bathroom in your place, otherwise there can be nasty surprises. You should consider getting a walk-in shower and/or possibly swap the toilet and tub. By the way, I would also skip the stress. The house shouldn’t be planned in a rush.
