Not here yet, this thread started in the green forum
Uh yes. I didn’t know this draft yet, but the one turned upside down.
But it is what it is: with just under 190 sqm, one should ask why only children’s rooms under 12 sqm come out. The bedroom won’t work either if it is to be furnished as drawn. You can see it when the door in the shell construction planning already hits the furniture.
Furthermore, it shows that more of a tinkerer and craftsman was drawing here than someone who has to do housework IN the house and cares about the family’s well-being.
I said the most important things about the kitchen, and there is more: I wouldn’t necessarily want to look from the sofa into an open kitchen... and with three children... I don’t know: wouldn’t the TV somehow become the center, where clattering dishes might disturb?
Even if there is a lot of space in between... that space could be put to good use elsewhere.
Is there no storage room at all on the upper floor? Where would the suitcases be? Where is the dirty laundry stored? In the pantry?
I suppose the well-known planner was allowed to approve your plan... a good planner keeps a size and space usage for every family member in mind and can do better.
