Thanks for the tips! I will ask again!

Is it difficult to drain the bathroom as planned? Sorry if the question is silly, I don't know anything about this :-/

The distances are very long, especially since the toilet is located furthest away from the toilet downstairs... And draining through the kitchen down a wall is also something I find rather suboptimal. What kind of underfloor heating setup are you planning to have upstairs?

We have on the upper floor:
floating cement screed on 60 mm DEO impact sound insulation/-panels

That's what it says in the construction description.

Our construction manager has not mentioned the long distances so far :-/

address that, it depends on how much insulation is under the cement screed... but I think it will be difficult to bend the thick 100mm pipe

We'll do that, thank you! It will be noted immediately.

I share the general opinion here, first of all a very nice floor plan. Besides a few other minor things that were mentioned here, I would plan one point completely differently (not because it is currently trendy, but because I personally like it much better ;)).

Orientation of the kitchen/dining area and living room. Since the living room area is separated, the family will mostly spend time in the open kitchen area (even if the intermediate door is open), at least when it is bright. Exactly this space should have the exit to the main terrace and south. Additionally, in summer the kitchen door is usually open to the outside (children run to the fridge, eating outside etc.), meaning the kitchen by the main terrace has many advantages. The route in the current version would be much too long for me (besides, otherwise you always carry dirt through the living room on the indoor path between kitchen and terrace).

In the living area you are mostly in the evening anyway, when it is dark, so you need the connection to the main terrace much less. Also, the living area - terrace path is a route that is used much less than from kitchen to terrace.

The second small point has already been mentioned: washing machine and dryer in the dressing room... I don’t think your clothes will be happy about that, even with controlled residential ventilation.
