Which example? You don’t configure a house in 10 minutes. He probably already did the rest at home. Maybe then transferred it in 10 minutes.

Right, of course he had already prepared everything in the operation. I thought you were referring to the example with the shading and the patio door. He configured that on site because he had forgotten it. Edit: to be honest, I would prefer not to continue the topic further unless explicitly requested by the OP. Hijacking threads is not considered good manners. Sorry about that, it was not my intention.

Conventional electrical installations also only start at 20k, but if you have some expectations, it won't be less than 30k in the region. KNX I think starts at double that as an entry point.

Personally, I am healthy and alert and can control roller shutters and turn on lights myself. I would never install something like KNX because it doesn't bring me any comfort and especially no time savings. It's mostly just a plaything. I'd rather invest money in other things :). But everyone has a nerd inside.

Oh, no, I meant quite generally. You can see from your example. 70k and you still want to program some things yourself because it’s not automated yet. That can really get quite expensive if you want a finished fully automated version. I mean, it doesn’t have to be that way. The advantage is the expandability/changeability/flexibility. Only cables are not so easy to lay afterwards.

So programming a little myself wouldn’t be a problem. I think I already understand the logic behind it and then my enthusiasm for such topics from my youth should do the rest here. The costs are quite high, especially at the beginning.

Hello, yes, that also seemed a bit low to us. In particular, we are planning with wood-aluminum and also have rather large window areas. Not Sky-Frame windows now, but still large. Obviously, the value is based on an estimate by a company frequently used by the architect. However, there is not yet a proper offer.
