With a really good flitsche (costs a fortune, you have to finance it through the bank) it’s really done in no time. With such a 1-euro flitsche it’s really stupid and a lot of work.

A 70cm shower without splashing out is possible if you choose a higher shower edge. We used to have an open shower with an edge of about 30cm in the rental apartment. That worked well. It’s just not so pretty, but it works.

After having experienced various showers in my life and with my own shower habits, especially besides appearance, being the main focus, I prefer the variant with the half-high wall and the glass mounted on the outside in the upcoming house. I simply like this version best. Additionally, over the last 30 years, there has always been something different, from the snail shape to somewhere else. In the end, it’s a shower, and it should be just the way it fits best for the person showering, me. I like huge flat surfaces in the living area but only to a limited extent in the shower. With the all-glass shower, our second one is like this, I have to bend down when wiping it off, even though I have a good + expensive squeegee. Yes, I also find that nice. I know the system; Duscholux used to be around the corner from us. Yes, there are also systems without any mounts at all, although I like to see nice, technical mounts; that doesn’t bother me because there are other things right next to it, buttons on the wall, switches, metal rails, etc., so a stylish mount doesn’t bother me. Besides, we have our young glazier who makes everything to measure for us and with whom we are very satisfied because he works absolutely precisely. I understand you exactly. Beauty also arises from the fact that it works very individually and well for me. For the next person, it might be different again, but they don’t shower at my place anyway. It’s like most things. One or the other works; moreover, price is often a decisive point, as I prefer not to pay excessive prices for current trends that will pass anyway.

Quick off-topic: How did you illuminate the niche? We searched for a long time and always failed because we didn't know where to put the inspection flap for the transformer. How did you solve that?

Interesting! Is it near the bath? And can all components be replaced afterwards like that? We have now decided on a mini transformer, which hopefully can be removed from the spot hole again in case of emergency.

He even sits one floor below! But you can buy the 4-core connecting cable, which you connect to the LED strip, in the desired length.
