I always find them impressive, but wouldn’t want to have one ... unless there was one that looks like a freestanding tub from the front but closes tightly against the wall at the back.

Toilets used to stand (and still often do) away from the wall with all sorts of crooked components between the wall and the bowl that are hard to keep clean.
I consider the "wall-hung design" also pointless because the suspension is far too complicated and doesn’t suit the material.
A toilet should be flush against the wall and floor – done.
But nobody asks me (even my own wife has a different opinion ... impossible!)

In any case, the 70 cm will not be enough to prevent splashing out of the entrance. We have 110 cm, and without a floor cloth, the bathroom is extensively flooded after showering.

even made of enameled steel ... wow meanwhile I have installed a bathtub I am satisfied with. Here you can see the part with a granite corner that makes me happy.

Just checked, it should also be a bit waClean-x Invisible Shield

Really? My brother has an open shower with 115 and says there are just a few individual drops that splash over.
