I also find it quirky. You can see a consistent style and everyone who knows you will surely recognize you in it immediately. Your signature, indeed.

It is not my taste and I find the floor and kitchen somewhat cold and not very cozy.

But taste is personal and others would not feel comfortable in our house and our style either.

It's nice that there are so many diverse tastes!

I like the style. You have skylights. Is that a bungalow? You had already posted the kitchen once - I think it's great when you embrace the style that emerges and can identify with it. Or were you already 60s lovers before? In any case, it has its own style and not what you can get nowadays in every furniture store.

This is a 70s atrium bungalow, with a bit of Bauhaus architecture influence (maybe it was trendy again in '74). We basically have everything on the main level and then a basement or souterrain, and a more private garden, which I really appreciate—not having to look at Mr. Müller’s breakfast table. And I think I’ve always been a bit of a fan of the style, but the architecture just naturally lends itself to that (I think I simply embraced it...and much of it came about for budget reasons (meaning the interior design). I like combining old things with new ones. We also still have a lot from the old apartment (sofa, Ikea board, etc.). I’m also a fan of flea markets and classified ads (not everyone likes that), but I just can’t come to terms with the Segmüller dining set "Gabi" made of beech.

That's how it should be

I live like that too, only completely differently

You can see the style quite well there; the garden is not big but A) I don't want to do an apprenticeship as a gardener and B) you also have to pay for square meters in and around Munich

and here from the front..... it looks a bit gloomy, but everyone has the illumination behind the front door (lol)

We had to replace the window because of the working height of the kitchen, the door will still be painted in the same color as the bench and the trash shed. and there will also be a light wood cladding under the kitchen window (behind the bench)
