I personally think it's best to include a link to the thread with the house as the overall project in the opening posts of single-question threads (such as the ventilation system) and to address plot and floor plan questions together.

If the electrician is already in the house, the shell construction is already finished - how are you supposed to get a central ventilation system in then...

Even if it should only be decentralized: leave it in! The alternative would be a full-time househusband/housewife and even then you would still have to open all the windows several times a day!

The ventilation has already been included in the price by the general contractor and you can be glad if you get a credit of 50% of the amount he internally estimated. Because that's how business works...

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I have now opened a topic about ventilation systems under the subject to enable better exchange between us. We ourselves ventilate completely twice a day and have never had any problems in any rental property, so that was also our consideration whether you actually need it.
