Hello, so we can definitely ensure daily ventilation. We currently ventilate 2-3 times a day as well. So far, we have never had any problems in any rental property and have also lived in a newly built rental apartment with first occupancy without any issues. We are very torn because we also don’t know if we would really get back the full estimated costs from the overall calculation. We don’t know 100% how much they have factored in for the ventilation system.

And now imagine you leave them out and after some time realize it would have been extremely practical, and retrofitting costs four times the saved credit. What would annoy you more?
