We also had the fast-drying screed, which was ready for covering after one week. It was also included on our side as the general contractor to accelerate completion. In the end, we had nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

The additional costs for the screed will probably be compensated for on your end alone because of the high electricity costs. If the whole process is accelerated and earlier move-in becomes possible, you save all the more.
