By the time the screed comes in for me, it will probably be summer, so I hadn't given it much thought yet. Until now, I had been quite calm about it but found it crazy how quickly mold appears and definitely want to avoid that. But then I'll wait until the screed situation is more concrete before planning further.
We are building with 2 full stories and a cold attic above. So there are no roof windows, but in the attic we will definitely tilt the windows if moisture comes through the hatch.
In summer you can just relax, open the windows for 20 minutes in the morning and evening, and that's it.
I still got a dehumidifier because, to me, the cost-to-risk reduction ratio was worth it.
I had to let my screed dry for 2 months anyway due to delivery bottlenecks and trade bottlenecks.
