Screed vs. Fast-drying Screed

Ok thanks for the info. How is it actually with the electricity? We will soon get the meter and do I now have to take out a new electricity tariff? Can I double my current one and also use it for the house? My current contract is at 32 ct and a new contract is at 80 ct. That already makes a considerable difference when heating the screed :(

You have to ask your supplier - but I don't think so. Contracts are usually linked to consumption points.

Where are there such expensive contracts in Germany? With 40 cents something should be possible.

You can now move regarding your provider, then you will get your current contract in the house (provided that they basically supply electricity at the construction site) and at your place of residence, you will fall into the basic supply. That could be cheaper than an applied new contract

Thank you all. The construction power is supplied by the builder and the contract stipulates that the heating of the screed is then the responsibility of the client. I will call our supplier and ask what options are available.

With me, the general contractor also takes over the construction power except for the screed, but we only do the utility connections afterwards. We then charge for the screed power. Talk to your general contractor.
