Screed - incorrect height - how to fix?

The hallway is 2 mm too high. The wardrobe at the entrance is 2 mm too low, but that is the smaller problem.
I'll try to draw it later.

In the entrance area / wardrobe there is still 15 mm of clearance (but it is supposed to get tiles), in the hallway only 13 mm (but parquet is supposed to be laid there).

We definitely wanted a transition without a rail, just with a joint, so that is out of the question.

I still see no problem with the height differences. From the screeder's point of view, everything is comfortably within the norm. The tiler can easily level it, but seems to be of the difficult kind. Well, that is the site manager's problem.
