SAT system DSL

Hello,

Father has a semi-detached house. Unfortunately, the fast lines are all used up a few meters in front of his house. No lines are being laid to the back either. He was glad when he got DSL via Kabel Deutschland two years ago. Now the costs are getting out of hand. Cable + DSL + telephony + a regional surcharge. He is paying 90 € including hardware. He has no alternatives since Kabel Deutschland is exclusive there. Telekom also refuses because only analog is possible.

How could he get faster DSL including TV cheaper?

Is SAT an alternative? Or over power lines?

SAT for TV. Data is available but can be forgotten. What about LTE? But why 90€, there are also smaller products. And the hardware can be questioned, possibly buy yourself instead of renting, if possible

Can you break down the €90 exactly?

SAT Internet works, but you have to make compromises. Until last September, I temporarily had a Tooway system from Satinternet.com. It offered about 18MBit down and 6 up, but there is a volume limit (depending on the plan) and the ping has its delay. It wasn’t exactly cheap either.

As an alternative, it’s good if you only have DSL light, but if you have cable, I would prefer cable.
