In my opinion, it has almost only advantages over aerated concrete.
Pumice is not aerated concrete at all, but I already mentioned that. However, I see the difference here very much on a matter of taste, so that I couldn't find the sand-lime brick worse – and it isn't anyway.
With only a 2% difference, I would also choose KS plus ETICS. In my opinion, it has almost only advantages over aerated concrete.
Both would be stone plus ETICS. It really only concerns the stone itself. 20cm pumice or 20cm KS. Statement from the shell builder: they differ only in color, and plasterers prefer pumice because they don't have to prime it as extensively.
