as sensible as a heating system refurbishment and the installation of a gas condensing boiler would be, it does not make sense now, before the sale. There is not even any certainty that the invested capital will have a one-to-one effect on the property value.
If you should, in the course of the sales efforts, come to possibly keep and rent out the property, with a small overall budget, the heating system is one of the first measures. On the one hand, secure heating is ensured, on the other hand, tenants are increasingly paying attention to heating costs and how the property is heated.
And then, of course, heating with natural gas would be a possible option for you.
