Rough cost estimation for a single-family house

I think it always ends up more expensive than initially expected. We just received an offer for a terrace roof (aluminum 5.5m x 4m, with awning) for 27,000 euros! I wonder what the paving and the rest of the outdoor facilities will cost.

Such things simply cannot be included in tight budgets. I would actually not even mention a 2000€ cheaper roof here, just as sauna, fireplace, photovoltaic, etc. cannot be possible with these options.

Well, 27k for a 5.5 x 4 m terrace canopy is just outrageous. Who would pay that? It's not worth more than 7000 €. And that's still a lot. You just have to find someone who is willing to pay such prices.

It looks quite normal (you can google aluminum terrace roof). Simply anthracite, with 1cm thick glass panels and an understructure awning (without LED). The side walls are open, so glass only on top... we will get quotes elsewhere as well.

I'm not out of my mind. Was looking for property. I now have a nice one in sight. 500sqm for €67,000 fully developed. That makes the calculation a bit more pleasant Ready to move in 140x1900€ - 266000 Additional construction costs - 32000 Land - 67000 365000 without kitchen and outdoor facilities

365,000 without kitchen and outdoor facilities

You will then end up with kitchen and outdoor facilities now at 420-430k€. Definitely more pleasant.
