Because I like doing it that much_ 140sqm*2000€=280k€ Basement: 60k€ Additional building costs: 40k€ Land: 125k€ Masonry double garage: 25k€ Painter+ceiling+walls: 20k€ =550,000€ Now you can juggle "minus basement" "carport instead of garage" etc. regards

But the outdoor facilities and the kitchen are still missing!

I said that I got on well with the estimate , My architect calculated with 400€/per m³. It comes out almost the same.

I didn’t want to admit the numbers a year ago and initially planned with 300k€ without basement/land. You can see what it turned out to be.

I have to agree with , the desired standard and the energy saving regulations are, among other things, factors alongside the good order situation in the construction industry, also responsible for cherry picking, which is not exactly conducive to building cheaply.

A carpenter’s carport costs me 13k€. We have planned 6k€ for painters. The plasterer will do the ceiling & walls; I can’t specify the exact amount here, but I would have estimated a total of 15-20k€.

I think the landscaping is included in the additional construction costs estimated at 10-15k€ in ’s case, right?

I sign that too. For our construction project it was like this: 180sqm = ~ 378k€ Basement: none built Additional construction costs: ~34k€ (through individual contracts much was already included with the shell builder, the main item for us was the architect's fee at 28k) Land: not comparable, so not listed here. Concrete carport: 25k€ Outdoor facilities 22k Kitchen: 21k Total ~ 480k€, without land or basement. I also see the cost expectation of the OP as extremely skeptical. The land is way too expensive for that, leaving too little for the house.

I believe it always ends up more expensive than you initially expect. We have just received an offer for a terrace roof (Aluminium 5.5m x 4m, with [Awning]) for 27,000 euros! I wonder what the paving and the rest of the outdoor facilities will cost.

Best regards
Sabine

I think the OP has completely lost it. There is no more response!
