Hello,
in our new building, the roller shutters have now been installed and also electrically connected.
When raising them, I have now noticed that the end point (or rather that of all the roller shutters!) in my opinion was set too late;
the roller shutter stops literally bend at the end because the motor pulls the roller shutter up too far.
The installer said that this is okay, the roller shutter has to go all the way up after all.
However, I have concerns that this cannot be good in the long run for the roller shutter, the roller shutter stops, or the motor.
How is it, is this correct or should the roller shutter stop actually never be stressed / loaded?
