Roller shutters and windows, which color?

Maybe fashion, but apart from white/light gray, it is really difficult for a builder to choose something outside of this mainstream, since this sometimes comes with significant extra costs.

That may be the case with the standard. That’s why my plea is for individual contracting. Any color would have cost us the same. At least for the plaster. Windows, ok. But that was manageable.

I mean the windows and roller shutters. And there were indeed one or two variants in the standard range, but the additional costs for everything beyond that were already considerable.

We have windows in moss green (outside, inside wood) and a front door made of oak wood. Fits!

The color of the plaster cannot be changed, they are fixed.

We can change or choose the color.

There are 3 colors in the standard and we are currently leaning towards anthracite.

We cannot afford the hefty surcharge for other colors or we prefer other special features.

Window sills and window frames are in anthracite.
We can choose between 3 front doors, all in anthracite, and the garage door is also anthracite.

Inside, the windows and front door are white.

We think that looks good with our house.

The roller shutters are currently light gray made of plastic.

What is the difference between aluminum and plastic roller shutters?

Would it be an option for us to have the roller shutters also in dark gray or anthracite, or do they then heat up too much?

Aluminum looks more valuable. With curtains and blinds, I wouldn't care.
