@MüncherKindl Yes, if the hydrangeas grow like that, it's certainly great, I wish you lots of joy with them. But from what I know about our calcareous clay-silt soil, that is probably exactly the wrong thing for hydrangeas.
Oh, great pictures on your blog. Ah, you have mullioned windows, that looks nice. Are those the kind where the mullions are between the double-glass panes?

The screed is supposed to come here on Monday.
At the beginning of the week it was still said tomorrow=Friday, but the heating technician won't manage to finish the underfloor heating pipes in time.

Hello willwohnen,
thank you for the compliment regarding the pictures.
The casement windows have the muntins between the panes. That was a struggle ... my husband actually didn’t want them because we were partly told that they are thermal bridges. But I just like them too much.
We also know about the "rescheduling of appointments." Actually, the heating and plumbing were supposed to be done next week, but since it is a "short week" due to the holiday, it was postponed by one week.

Between the panes, muntins are definitely better than the stick-on kind. A friend of mine has the latter, and they keep falling off – then the provider sends someone to reattach them, but nothing has held permanently so far.

Are there also shrub roots and water pipes in the windows?

It is to be assumed, as they are always being glued anew.

I wanted to stick it on our pavilion myself ... but I still have to convince my husband.
