and once the site plan of the property. North is at the bottom by the curb with hedge. The garden is completely south-facing, hence the idea of the photovoltaic system

I can take a photo of the statics tomorrow. However, he also explained it to me. It sounded logical, so I will gladly include the pictures of the statics for you.

Hi,

here is an excerpt of the static calculation, according to the structural engineer, the wall from the kitchen to the living room is supposed to be load-bearing. But as I said, I’m not familiar with this (In picture number 1 is the kitchen).

Additionally, I am attaching pictures of the current condition and the pictures of the alcoves. These exist in every room on the upper floor. I would really like to remove them, the only question is whether they are also load-bearing. Do you need more pictures or information?

Many thanks in advance for your input.

Sections would still be good. And please mark in the floor plan for the recesses which picture corresponds to which viewing direction and where it belongs.

I would only make one breakthrough in the wall. Then lay a countertop of 1.2 m. In the kitchen, then wall cabinets.

In the attic, in my opinion, the knee wall can be removed in partial areas. Not all walls are bracing. The roof has already been insulated.

Unfortunately, I did not find any cuts, but I am also not sure exactly what you mean by that. I googled these views once, but so far I do not see them in the documents. Regarding the knee walls, I have marked them on the 1st floor: So there are these knee walls in every room. The photo shown above is from room no. 7 and goes around to the right. My concern is to remove the wall on the left and also the one next to the window. You see two photos of the knee wall adjacent to room no. 7, and I would like to remove these two walls to gain more living space. These knee walls exist in every room upstairs. My idea is to be able to install more windows in order to make the whole thing brighter.
