That also sounds interesting. What exactly have you drawn down by the guest WC?

Would I still have to have a steel beam installed in the kitchen with your suggestion? Sorry, for me this whole thing is really completely new territory.

Shower WC Washbasin.

You always need some kind of support. The opening should just be less critical. That's what the structural engineer tells you.

In my opinion, the structural engineer is right. The wall is not only bracing. The load direction is calculated for the 2 m width and a point load from the roof is also present. With 14 cm, the ceiling in that area is also not exactly thick.

I cannot read your structural plans. I'm basically an amateur. But I know that some roofs are supported by their posts. These do not necessarily have to be centered or hidden in walls, but the posts also support the purlins at the edge areas. In your roof, there are posts in the knee wall, which are visible. Are these statically relevant? Therefore, I can imagine that you cannot just tear everything down there.

I have already understood that, and below I am also oriented. However, I cannot really assign the pictures in the recesses with the drawing. That is why I asked for sections, mainly to understand the roof truss construction. The pictures are also cropped. But it can be seen that ceiling field edges rest on the kitchen-living room wall. Their bearing was, in my view, not doubtful at all, and their bracing in the ceiling plan was not shown. By the way, I continue my response elsewhere.

Hi,

I have now photographed some drawings from the construction file. One photo also shows the section.

Furthermore, the photos of the storage area are to be assigned to room number 7 upstairs. This is directly in the blue shaded area. To what extent are there still missing information here?

I will definitely not remove the wooden beams, the structural engineer also confirmed that to me. It is solely about the wall in between or the entire walls on the 1st floor that were erected there to add a knee wall.

Yes, since it is a hip roof, preferably also the other section (gladly "over there" in 140393). That sounds reasonable and also looks charming. With the second section, more can be said about it.
