Prices aren’t just rising, values are too. I’m Protestant and therefore can’t become Pope anyway, but I can be openly fallible. Still, I don’t believe the bubble will burst before 2032.

I absolutely believe that, but with 700 sqm you obviously have many more possibilities ;)

I currently claim that we have implemented it really well so far and made the best out of it.

I have another question. The plot (49) is to be newly surveyed as attached.

I have the excerpt from the standard land value map for the plot, which of the three values, aside from the market value, is the "correct" number that shows the standard land value?

The seller is asking for 350€ negotiable per sqm.

Look: plot 48 does not have any encroachment over the boundary to 49 – is it perhaps an illegal construction? Where the encroachment is, however, there would not be a building area anyway, so assuming setback areas would not be problematic. I hope you have received my message and successfully contacted the expert (?)

I can fully relate to that. We are also building on just 300 sqm and would like to have more space (garden) for the 2 kids. We would probably have sold the current plot if it hadn’t come from the family. Nevertheless, we do not rule out doing so again if we get the chance to improve. But in any case, we would not sell the first built house but rent it out. Of course, that only works if the finances allow it.

Above all, you can correct the things you “did wrong” the first time.

I have received your message, thank you very much. To be honest, I wanted to avoid another registration.

I will inquire again at the building authority myself on Monday.

Can you say something about the numbers of the standard land values? Why are there 3 different ones...
