Right, first of all move into the new house and analyze :D

Until the other one is ready anyway, several years will easily pass. Because by now I myself have noticed how quickly and especially how much time passes from signing to implementation.

Whether to sell or not, I would only consider that once the other property is actually acquired.

Yeah, just saw it.. at the bottom it states the standard land value depending on use.

Development single- and two-family house = BRW 225 €
Development multi-family house = 250 €
Development residential-commercial building = 330 €

The seller basically wants to prevent multi-family and residential-commercial buildings.

So 225 € would be the reference value, she wrote 350 € as a negotiation basis, let's see :D
