Hello dear community,

since I once again came across various numbers during the planning or consideration of our single-family house, I would like to start a thread in which everyone is welcome/encouraged to share all information

Please move the topic if I created it in the wrong place.

I would like to start with the house of a good acquaintance:

Type - 1.5 floors, gable roof, basement, approx. 140m2 (excluding basement)
Heating - gas condensing boiler as well as approx. 400L buffer tank and solar panel for hot water (2 pcs. panel)
Fireplace - yes but without water jacket
Ventilation - Systemair VC400
Wall construction
- Eder Thermopor 016 - thermal conductivity lambda 0.16 W/mK
- insulation mineral wool insulation boards 120mm WLG035 and lightweight plaster outside 20mm
- heat transfer coefficient U-value 0.18 W/m2K
Number of persons - 2 adults and 1 child (2-3 years)

Consumption values (as of 2015):

Water/sewage - 50m3/a --> approx. 250€
Electricity - 2,700 kWh --> approx. 900€
Gas - 700m3 --> approx. 525€ (although the house is heated a bit "too uncomfortably" for us)

Garbage, GEZ, property tax... are very strongly regionally dependent.

I am very grateful for any improvements and tips and hope for strong feedback.

Unfortunately, I am (still) not a homeowner and therefore cannot provide figures, but allow me to ask what you have in mind here?

Water/sewage is just as individually influenced as electricity. If you take a lot of baths, more water is used than when showering... and those who usually shower at the gym might consume (almost) nothing at home. The same goes for electricity: some always have the side-by-side fridge open, the freezer in the basement is humming, cooking happens twice a day, the 65" plasma runs half the day, and three kids spend hours at the "gaming PC," while others live in a hotel room 4 days a week and at home at most take out their tablet.

Only the heating costs per square meter could be used for comparison, but surely not taking into account such details as cleaning intensity and the model of the ventilation system, right? And if so, it would be better to compare kWh, or would you understand anything if someone now throws "635 liters of heating oil" into the conversation?

Electricity 4400 kW (3-person family)
As Vanben wrote, a lot of cooking and 2 PCs often in use.
But why I am posting is not the consumption but the costs.
I pay about 930 euros for the 4400 kW!
Regards

You want a comparison? Then I offer a city villa, 250 sqm living space. (300 sqm plot area), somewhere close to KFW 55 (geothermal energy + controlled residential ventilation), 5 people, on average just under 22 degrees warm. Electricity consumption last year: 7,048 kWh purchased electricity for a total of €1,388 including basic fee + 2,190 kWh consumed electricity from photovoltaic system. The heating used about 3,000 kWh of that (including hot water). Does that help you???

Good morning,

, of course the consumption strongly depends on the respective family, but for me it is about getting a feeling and collecting a kind of database regarding which heating type consumes approximately how much with which house style.

, I am glad that the electricity price is low. Are the 4,400 kWh pure electricity costs for household electricity? I am more interested in the heating concept.

@Hilfe.Hilfe, thanks for the contribution, but if you had read my post more carefully, you would see that the data is not from me.
