Then I will now come with the "hard-working and therefore frugal" household, 2 people, both employed. Consumer all LED and A+(++)

Electricity consumption 650 kwh in 2015 and 600 kwh in 2014 :-)

That's really amazing. What do you have at home? No washing machine, TV or large fridge or dishwasher?

But anyway, hats off!

It would be nice if a few more people here could write something, especially about the house and the heating. Or is there another knowledge database regarding real consumption?

We also had 1200 kWh for four people in the last 2 years (not quite as impressive) and we even have a dryer that we use frequently. I am curious to see where we will end up now in the house. There are many posts here in the forum about Viebrockhaus residents and their heat pumps.

Of course a washing machine, (almost) only dishwasher, the TV runs on average 3 hours a day... fridge is medium-sized but all very energy-efficient appliances! All lamps are LED! We have a small "advantage" in that the hot water comes from district heating and thus is not included...

Unfortunately, I can't say much about the heating, we just get the annual utility bill, but even here we get quite a lot back! However, I wouldn't attribute this to the "frugal" lifestyle, but rather to the living circumstances! We both work quite a lot and are out of the house from 7 am to 6 pm. We also like to go on vacation from time to time and therefore consume very little ;)

Hi,

House 134 sqm usable area, approx. 108 sqm living space.
Heating: gas condensing boiler with thermal solar system for domestic hot water heating
Wood stove without water jacket, occasional use in the evening/weekends
("saves" about 1-1.5 cubic meters of gas/use).
2 adults

Gas consumption / year approx. 6000-6500 kWh (less this year).
Basic fee 180/year, kWh 0.06 ct.

Electricity consumption approx. 3,500 kWh/year, currently 30 ct/kWh, soon 28 ct for purchased electricity + remaining via photovoltaic system.

Water consumption average per year approx. 11 cubic meters/month, price not in mind right now.
Outdoor water meter slightly reduces sewage costs.

Best regards
Thorsten

You are worrying too much about too little. The consumption differences mostly depend on the investment and are otherwise hardly noticeable in the differences with the same parameters.
