There is somewhere a thread that is constantly updated about electricity consumption... it mainly deals with consumption by heat pumps. Look it up.

Wow. Isn't that value quite high? How long have you lived in the house? Controlled ventilation is present, so why is the humidity so "high"?

We also have around 23/24 degrees, and I am a cold person. I don’t find it unreasonable to reach for a blanket and a hot water bottle... Living room and wool blankets exist so that someone can get a bit cozier. Unfortunately, a supply air vent also causes a draft at my sofa seat... so what.

P.S. Values tend to reflect all year round... thus high values in summer balance out :)

155 kW were produced in the last 24 hours, which is heating and hot water. Heating was 32 kWh and drinking water 3 kWh. The average COP has now dropped a bit due to the cold days and is currently at 5.3. Heating alone is 4.9 and drinking water 3.6. I checked again. Last night it was 40% and now it is 35% in the living room. But I remember that a few weeks ago it was also sometimes at 50%.

P.S. We lowered the curve by 1°C this morning because 24°C is really a lot and as said, you can use a hot water bottle and blanket for coziness.

A COP of over 5 with an air-to-water heat pump at these temperatures? I didn’t know that something like this already exists on the market :O

We also paid enough for it o_O We specifically chose the monoblock, but are also somewhat positively surprised. Here are a few screenshots from the past weeks. Especially December is quite good ;-)

In December, we had the circulation of the TWE running 24/7, which is why we consumed about 10 kWh per day here.

How can the total COP be higher than the COP for hot water and heating separately???
Did you calculate it yourself using external heat meters and electricity meters or does the heat pump provide these values itself?
The heat meters built into heat pumps are usually not very accurate and often indicate a higher heat quantity than calibrated external heat meters (who would be surprised).

Where is the overall COP higher than the COP of heating and DHW? I’m only surprised that there aren’t always values for DHW. Currently, I’m not using external heat meters. I once considered using external meters, but just connecting the whole thing with calibrated meters to my KNX system costs me several hundred euros. That way, I could record the consumption of photovoltaics, battery, heating, and household myself. I can do that now as well, but not calibrated and from the manufacturer. However, I don’t yet see the added value that much. Yes, I would be interested in exact values. Is it worth several hundred euros to me? What fluctuations can we expect? 1-3%? 3-5%? 5-7%? 7-10%?
