A development plan is not just a development plan. To my knowledge, the exemption from approval only applies to qualified development plans. In other words: if it is only a development plan, an approval process still has to be initiated.

Göga = hubby, I got the abbreviation from other forums where it is commonly used

Wastl - in our case, it is a qualified development plan, it contains


    [*]type and extent of the structural use,
    [*]the buildable land area
    and
    [*]the local traffic areas

and much more, but no design or other specifications regarding the development.

Hello Panama,
first of all, congratulations on the plot. I see many parallels with us. We are almost at the same stage and soon will be four as well.
We have not bought the plot yet either. The preliminary contract is here, but still without a parcel number. It has been surveyed and now we are waiting for the land registry. But as you have already seen, we have not been idle and have already made progress with the architect's planning. Depending on how you want to build, you can start doing that as well. It is definitely a lot of fun. But it is also complicated with a not quite perfect south-facing plot.
