You can possibly also enlarge the gap to 2m and design the guest WC a bit differently. I quickly moved it here. Perhaps a corner bathtub would also fit:

The shower niche in the main bathroom is 200 cm and the wall in the guest bathroom with WC and sink has an internal dimension of 140 cm. Plus a partition wall then to the left towards the bathroom.

kbt thank you very much for your effort! I have now also made it clear to myself again in a planner.. If I now take a corner bathtub in your version, the exit from the shower to the tub or to the toilet is very tight, so it would be best to exit diagonally.

Or do you think I should leave it as in the architect's design and simply place the toilet between the shower and the tub? I don’t know if I want to move the windows again.

I can’t manage with a corner bathtub under the windows at all, can I?

I am slowly getting desperate, but when your thoughts go on for days about the same topic and the shuffling back and forth of sanitary objects, you eventually go a bit crazy – but you know that, right^^

I think narrowing the guest WC is a good idea, no matter how we ultimately arrange the bathroom, those few extra centimeters are certainly better placed there than in the guest WC.

I have made the guest WC wider at the same time.

Unfortunately, I cannot follow your explanations at all. You definitely have to consider the window situation. I find a shower in front of the window impractical, and a window behind the bathtub is also not great because you always have to step into the bathtub to clean the window, etc.

Phew, it’s really not easy to fit everything in that bathroom. I still have a few questions about it: for how many people is the bathroom supposed to be? Also for children? Should it be age-appropriate? And do there really need to be 2 toilets next to each other? I might consider leaving the toilet out of the bathroom and only having the guest toilet or adding the guest toilet to that room. It’s better than always being annoyed by cramped spaces.

I have similar questions as . Also, you should consider that when it comes to important centimeters, the installer needs an installation level on the wall as well: just milling into the exterior wall in a KFW house is not always so easy. Tiles also need to be glued. I also don't like the window situation: two windows with two different sills next to each other rarely harmonize. If this is supposed to be a parent bathroom and a guest WC and you're not expecting a bunch of guests every week, then I would combine both. Visiting children can use the children's toilet upstairs, adults can also admire the family bathroom. Another suggestion: change the kitchen. No, seriously: put the sink on a board, then there are no splashes, for other situations there's the toilet seat (which should not be higher than the edge of the bathtub), and you can also shower well in one meter. I have now glanced at the floor plan many times, and the bathroom design itself, L-shaped and with 2 windows, I find inadequate. The drawn shower makes the room dark and blocks the way... but it has no other place in this room.

I just looked at the overall house plan and found .

The bathroom and kitchen layout (I also don't find the kitchen easy to furnish, as already mentioned) was already described as unfavorable in the hand sketch.

Is the overall house plan finished now?
