Question about the home network

Hello,
we have been offered a home network by the company with which we want to build a house, namely from HOMEWAY. If at all, we want to have the EVOLUTION system from Homeway.
Who has experience with the system or with similar systems? How future-proof are the systems?
Or is it better to install the cables yourself?
I am very grateful for any tips/suggestions.

Hello,
it's me again, I don't know if this is so easily possible and if it makes sense. We are currently considering simply laying a [CAT 7 cable] in all rooms and connecting appropriate sockets accordingly, then the internet/phone would be taken care of and just one more cable for the TV would be laid. I think this makes more sense, how about the [CAT 7 cable], is it future-proof? I have heard that there are not even any [CAT 7 sockets] yet, does anyone of you know more about this?
