No, the standard land value was €270 per sqm. The offer for the plot was approximately €99,000. So instead of €270 per sqm, it was €191.

You can look up the [Bodenrichtwert] in [boris nrw]. If it was €270 last year, it shouldn't be more than €300 now.

Honestly, most people on leasehold would be glad if they 1. could even buy their land and 2. get the standard land value. Being 30,000€ below that is a gift. I would go straight there with a pen and sign before they change their minds.
